Her influence extends beyond healthcare, as seen in her induction into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame and her role as Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization for Louisiana.

Her ambition extends to transforming healthcare. PK is committed to unlocking the potential of the nurse, which she regards as the most trusted profession. Her aim is to rebuild trust in healthcare by elevating nurses into leadership roles. Believing that nurses should be central to healthcare decision-making, PK is dedicated to bringing together nursing leaders globally to reform healthcare. She envisions reshaping healthcare into a trusted business sector, utilizing the strength and trust of the nursing profession. For PK, combining purpose and knowledge (PK) is key to her approach – leading with heart and excelling with intellect.
